I remember the first and only time I prepared Thanksgiving Dinner at the restaurant where I was working as a stagista in cucina in 1998 the only request was for an oven roasted turkey "comè nei film". I roasted a whole turkey and prepared stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy and all toghether we GAVE THANKS. Cannot wait for this grand occasion to celebrate again! After 10 years in Italy this will be my first Thanksgiving Dinner in grande style for a great cause.
