Marc Lanteri creates the menu for Thanks Dinner

This week at Eataly, noted Chef Marc Lanteri and Amy Bellotti, his wife and partner at the restaurant Il Baluardo met with Daniel McVicar to prepare the menu for the Thanks Dinner at Eataly the 26th of November.
Chef Lanteri is taking the American traditions of Thanksgiving, and creating a menu with fresh typical local ingredients from Piedmont.
Marc Lanteri’s talents have been recognized by the Michelin guide with a much sought after Michelin star and it is sure that the evening at Eataly will be very satisfying for all in attendance. Even more satisfying than the Piedmont/French twist on the traditional pumpkin pie will be the fact that the evening is to benefit Servizi Vincenziani, a charity that provides meals to the hungry in Turin.
